Sicily, Syracuse Æ Litra. Hieron II, circa 217-215 BC. Head of Poseidon left, wearing tainia / Ornamented trident head flanked by two dolphins; IEP-ΩNOΣ across lower fields, monogram in lower left field. CNS 194; SNG Copenhagen 849. 8.13g, 23mm, 2h.

Extremely Fine; some minor areas of weakness. Attractive green patina.
