Northwest Gaul, Aulerci Eburovices Pale EL 1/3 Stater. 'Tattoo' type. Late 2nd century BC. Celticized head of Apollo left, dotted bands with central zig-zag line on cheek / Celticized biga galloping left; birdlike charioteer above, pellets to right; below, wolf standing right. Scheers, Eburovices, Series Ic, Class III, 13–8; D&T 2395; de la Tour 7019. 2.2g, 17mm, 6h.

Good Very Fine. Edge chipped. Dark tone over low gold content electrum. Very Rare.
